Theatre Club

This year is the 10th anniversary of RSTC. Numbers show no sign of decreasing. Looking back, we never expected to still be an active group after ten years.

Membership does not mean that a certain number of performances have to be attended in each year. Some folk attend nearly everything whilst others pick and choose.

London shows have to be booked well in advance, but local theatres only put their programmes out for two or three months at a time and this can make planning difficult. Musical concerts are also included in our programmes.

The "Babbling Brook" becomes the babbling coach as people welcome each other on board. Not only does the group support itself, but also joins in the activities of the Church. MORS, Contact, Railway Club, helping out at Coffee Mornings and the Meeting Place are all supported by RSTC members, as is our congregation. The group has jelled well in making new friends, especially folk on their own. It has become a Pastoral group on its own and we appreciate the support of Bryan, both pastorally, and as a member of RSTC and wish him well in his retirement.

Forthcoming events include
Gone With the Wind, Strictly Gershwin and Organ Gala at Royal Albert Hall
